Inquiry about family visa.
I came to Qatar under family visit visa and then, I was hired by an employer and transferred my sponsorship to them. If I’ll resign, is it possible for my father to re-apply for another family visa for me? And can I still work on different company without finishing the two-year ban? Thank you in advance!

llreview, Most of the Companies has got some rules and regulations and they will not change it with nice talking. There is nothing special for a locally recruited person over the others.
Yes they would surely give you an NOC as you wire hired locally...talk to them politely and explain them the situation.

Ahhh I see. But is there a posibility or greater chance that my previous employer will give me this NOC since I was hired here in Qatar? And I worked for them for almost 3 years. Thanks by the way :)
If you are a male above 18 your father will not be able to sponsor you on family visa. You can come only on family visit visa but you should get the NOC from your previous Employer to work for another Company.
