Inquiry about visit business work visa

I need information about the bangladesh visit business work visa i got a visa from a company for my relative and i pay to them.my question is according to qatar gov rule the visa is validity for one month and anyone can extent 2 months maximum but the company told me that when the person come to qatar we will extent the visa for 2 years.they have provided me the original offer letter that is contract paper.now i would like to say is it possible by the company or it is fake.please help.thanks

Your Question - Answer is no the company cannot convert Business visit into RP directly. It is possible for the company to apply for work visa for the same person and he can come and join the company later on.
My advice to you is please check the visa properly, whether it is a business work visa or a work visa.
If its a business work visa, then the maximum duration allowed is 3 months, in this case the company could give you a contract for 2 years, but the person has to go and come back on business work visa only. The employee your cousin would need to leave and exit Qatar every 3 months to renew his Business work visa.
I think the company would not convert it into a work visa and would continue with Business work visa.
This kind of Visa is usually for Oil and gas employees or Business person, what company is your cousin company into.
Other possible option is that the company would like to know the skills that your cousin possess, as nowadays most of the employees are dumb and present a big CV to the employer. Might be the company wants to test him and later they will apply for his work visa.
