Issuance of KSA working visa without cancelling Qatar RP

I am currently offered with an irresistable salary and benefits in Al Khobar, KSA and on the 12th October, Im getting my annual vacation leave from my present company here in Doha, Qatar. Im planning to grab the opportunity in Al-khobar by not coming back to my present company in Doha, Qatar while on my vacation. My question is: Can I get a working visa in KSA even if I will not cancel my RP in Qatar??? My present company here in Qatar will never allow me to transfer to another company even if I will resign. Pls. advice...

Thanks, guys... now its clear. Well, you can never blame me...Al khobar might be a bad place but just like a sheep, where the greener pastures are, there I go. Im not getting any younger. I believe Al khobar is not as bad as Iraq or Afghanistan where I used to work before?

No! you can only be resident of one GCC country at a time.

Besides, doing a runner is the cowards way out. why not just resign and do the right thing - you never know, you might want to come back here when you find out how bad Khobar is!

Yes. Qatar has nothing to do in Saudi Arabia and vice versa.
