my company mandoob says that its not compulsory, please advise...

It all depends on how well your mandoop has vsta. Normally as per the guidelines set by govt., the so called pre-requisites, it is a mandatory with many other documents all to be attested. It is your need, so provide him A-Z and let him submit. Do not take a chance, When rejected, it is very easy for them to say, Sorry, now very strict, nextime apply, sure you will get...........
