Me and my wife migrated from phillipines 6 months ago on different work visa working in different organization.We applied for a Family Visa and got rejected twice, though we satisfy all the current criteria.Recently we came across this person called ''MR.BIJU'' He said he would help us in getting our family visa in 15days, but charging a huge amount.

Does anyone has come across this person named Mr Biju??? CAN THIS PERSON BE TRUSTED???Because many people in QL has recommended his name.

All genuine replies are much appreciated

''EID MUBARAK''

Thank you all in advance!!!!!

Biju??? who is he?

btw, if you falls in the same criteria for family visa, then why you pay others?

Better go to emmigration, enquire, and resubmit;

They will help;

do it your own and don't hesitate to ask immigration why your application was rejected. Good luck!

This is not a new scam, it is old. Selling of visas is a crime. Report this Mr. Biju to the CID on Salwa road and open a case for prosecution. If he gets any sort of punishment from the courts (try to get lots of evidence/witnesses), take the evidence of that and share it with the Philippine government and various European government, they will block him from entry as an undesirable felon.

why do you trust others wherein you can do it by yourself. if they will be the one to process, your child will be under their sponsorship and not to you. at the same time you have to pay them huge amount unlike if your the one to do it. lets say, you have to pay them their services for qr 10,000 while if your the one to process it, you have to pay only qr 500. do not trust to indian when it comes to visas. i have learned my lesson.

Thats illegal and they just want to make money out of you.

Its always good to choose proper channel, as the post above suggested, please check the requirements to get the family visa and compare with the documents you have and apply again.

Good luck :)

It is better you do it by yourself, Please check all your documents that you submitted to immigration department. You might have missed something, Generally they don't reject if everything is submitted as per application process. Most important document is the bank statement.
