I came here to Qatar on 26th of April 2008 ..
When my visa were Expired on 26th April 2009 My company Did not Renew it on Time and last week they Renew it but now the Expiry date is 3rd of Aguste 2010 .
Now the Problem is that i was going to Home after Completing my two years agreement means on 26th april 2010 for 5 or 6 months. But now if i go to home on 26th April 2010 then i cannot complete my 5 months because visa will expire. Can i change my visa expiry date ?i want it expire in April or At end in October.is it Possible? what should I do now?

You are a Civil Engineer in your profile and you are going to take 5-6 months leave? That is really funny!!!Your company might have renewed your RP in August 2009 by giving some fine and that is why the expiry date has moved to August 2010. If they had renewed it only last week then the expiry date would have been moved to December 2010. You cannot change the expiry date of your RP to enable you to take 6 months leave. There is only one option now for you. Request your company to give leave from March instead of April so you can take 5-6 months leave.
