is it possible to transfer my sponsership?
hi friends
this is my 1st time to doha, and this comming January 31st my 1st year contract will going to finish. and my current sponser said me that he will give the release (Visa Transfer).
so i would like to ask you that, is it possible to Transfer my Visa Just i have completed 1 Year?
Because some of my friends are telling, it is possible only if i completed 2 years with the current sponser.
so please be kindly i need yours suggestion.

You cant transfer the sponsorship till you complete two year with the current sponsor as this is first time transfer. one year is applicable only after first time transfer i.e second time or third time.
the solution for your transfer is, find a job and transfer your sponsorship for 6 months its called "EARAA"
you will have to renew the EARAA after 6 months for another 6 months then you will be able to transfer your sponsorship permenantly to the other employer.
