As far as my knowledge is concerned,a person more than 60 years of age are not allowed to work in DOHA..(exception for few nationalities but i am not sure)
Your father is 57yrs old now..He has already spent half of his life working back in INDIA..Allow him to take rest for few years..He can work as a consultant later for few companies after taking rest and relaxing himself..Allow his OLD BONES to take a sigh of relief after been worked for long years..it will ease him out and he will feel more relax in future if he wants to work again..It'l surely boost up his energy level..Take my word as a piece of advise to you cos i too have a father similar to the age of ur father and i can relate myself to your query...I hope i haven't offened you anywehre..
