Hi;

I got my CEID clearance cleared almost 1 and 1/2 week before. and when i cross checked with the company i was told that the have passed my details to immigration office for approval for transferring the visa (change of sponsorship). and after receiving the approval they will collect my passport and then visa will be changed. and its almost 1 and 1/2 week since they have send the request. And my passport is still with me.
Is there any process like this and if yes then does it takes this much time. And is there any way from where i can check the current status of the request.
Please advise and help....
