Jordanian Transfer of sponsorship

Hi,
I am married to a Jordanian and I am 7 months pregnant. Recently, my husband resigned from his old company and the company issued an NOC so we tried to transfer his sponsorship. Today, he received a call from the CID asking him to go there personally. He was not able to go because he has to be with me in the hospital and it took us almost a day. Now my question is, should we be alarmed that someone from CID is asking him to go there? We fear that they will tell him to leave the country asap because of Jordanian visa having a problem. Please, I need advise. I am sick worried. Thanks.

The Jordanian colleagues I have in the company who have resigned were given only 2 choices by authorities - either stay with the current sponsor or leave Qatar. They were not allowed to transfer sponsor even though they were given NOC by our company.

Some were taken back because their replacements haven't been hired but others not so lucky so they had to leave with their families.

Our company and the company hiring them were not able to do anything for their visa problem.

You should've explained to the CID about your situation and asked him your convinient time in meeting him. Try calling him now.
