Dear All ,

I got a new job in Qatar . I got NOC from my present employer and my CEID is cleared with out any problem. But my application in labor department is rejected stating a reason that labor department has Sanction against my company . Can some body help me what does it means and how to solve this issue .

Your company has to solve it. Companies are sanctioned, for example, for not meeting Qatarization quotas, or for issuing fake contracts (human trafficking). It is none of your business and it is your company's issue so give them an ultimatum. For example if they do not sort things out in 2 weeks time you will decline the offer and look for another employer.
