Labour dept. family visa application form

I just want to clarify something regarding the family visa application form from the labour dept. In the front page there this blank space to be filled out for the "recruited person" and on the next page, blank spaces for "according to my arabic friend" are for "escorts". I would like to get a family visa for my 2 children, My question is that, do I have to fill out 2 separate family visa application form for each of my children or I can just put one of my children as the "recruited person" and add the name of the other in the blank space for'escorts'. I just want to be sure because it is very difficult to obtain an approval signature from our company. Thanks

you can actually write your other child on that portion in the 2nd page as that is intended for the other persons you want to sponsor. i just recently applied in the labor department and had my papers approved. Goodluck to you!
It is better if you consult someone who knows about this.
I would suggest you visit a typing shop, they do this daily and can advise you well.
The cost of typing is minimal compared to the wealth of information you can get from them. Please prepare all your questions and I'm sure they will assist you. Best of luck
