Letter of release/Husbands sponsorship

Hello
I need some help with a difficult question.
Imagine this situation:

I have a work in Doha,but no Letter of release.My husband comes over and has a job,too.But he has also no Letter of release.
I quit my job and change into husbands sponsorship.
Is it possible for me to get another work,where just husbands sponsorship is required?Or am I banned for 2 years nevertheless?

For us it is a important question,because my husband would quit a good job in our country of origin and he works alone to feed the family in Doha,but I am at home,able to work but banned,so same situation like in our origin country.

Would be nice if anybody can help me.
