License procedures for Physiotherapist!

I am a physiotherapist holding an evaluation certificate from the supreme council.This was issued few years back and because i was not able to work that time(owing to family commitments),I could not get a license as such(as I had no employer).

My question is now if i want to get a license,whats the exact procedure.I have the evaluation certificate.Do i have to attend the prometric exam?I am residing in Qatar under family visa.

Please guide!

I think you will be exempted from test as you got your evaluation certificate already from SCH. Visit them again with same ceriticate and apply for licence, they must issue you licence after re-evaluating your documents. For freshers if they need licence Test is compulsory now a days.
