Medical Commission result needed for visa extension?

Do i need to get the result of my medical at medical commision before going to immigration for extension of my visit visa? result of my medical is not yet posted online although 3 days had passed. and the immigration sent an sms to my sponsor(brother-in-law) that my medical is okay. so do i still need the result or not? thank you :D

i was take a medical month of july for my visa extension then i got a working visa now i go to medical commision for i dint go for another medical they only activate my last medical papers now i check in da system almost 6 days now i cant see.do i need to go there in medical commision or what pls help me....tnx
