Child does not require tests, neither does he need to go to the medical commision. The best is when the mother goes for her tests (assuming the father has already completed his QID process) that she takes her children's passports with her. They don't really seem to want small children at the medical commission.
No he does not need to, but he needs to turn up at the medical commission, who might need to see him and you will need to pay Qr 100.
