my brother worked in a Restaurant here in Doha Qatar
he worked for 1 year and 5mos in the company and we found
out that the company did not issue a working visa for him many times we asked the company when are they going to issue an ID PATAKA to my brother they always say WAIT..WAIT..
my brother did medical and fingerprint but no PATAKA was issued to him,the CID's found out that my brother is staying in Doha as illegal and my brother send in jail for a month and send home philippines..now my brother wanted to comeback in Doha to work again for another company IS HE ALLOWED TO COMEBACK IN DOHA QATAR WITHOUT AN NOC FROM HIS PREVIOUS EMPLOYER?THIS company did not issued PATAKA for him,my brother has done FINGERPRINT and MEDICAL only

Your brother has got a criminal record actually it is not a criminal record it is called runaway, so no chance to come back to Doha try to find it out in the CID if you know anyone................Good luck

Caught by CID, It is difficult then, NOC is only required if its related to company problems.

Your brother has a criminal record in Qatar. It isn't about the NOC etc.
