My mother in law is here and is on a family visit visa under my sponsorship...i recently extended it for 5 more months, if she wants to go out of the country can she still use the same visa or do we need to apply for a new one? will the 3 month period ban applicable to her since she did not finish the 6 mos maximum stay? she arrived last nov 1, and i renewed her visa last dec 1, and her visa is valid til may 1, 2010...thanks

Do not take the risk of exiting and re-entering. You will be stopped at the airport and will face problem.

Actually it is written on the visa in arabic "safar wahid" i.e one time entry/exit . Plus the guys at immigration are not at all friendly ..your problem wii not be solved. it better she stays the full 6 months here and leave at the end.

But i heard that for Umra visit to Saudi Arabia only she can come back for balance months (if yu are all

are muslim).

Please confirm from immigration though...do nit depend on Company " Mandoob".

I think some thing like re-entry is available for her.

I know one guy who is on family visit .... he went for Umrah to Saudi and came back.

what is know is once a family visit visa exit the current visa will be cancelled.

i guess she has to wait for another 6 months ( not so sure) before you can apply for another family visit visa for her.
