My visa is cancelled resigned, can I return for work after 3 months?

My visa was cancelled last May 2012 because I resigned from work. I was requesting for NOC and the company answered that I can return and work after 3 months since I will return with a visit visa then I can look again for new sponsor ... Is this true?

You can return anytime BUT you cannot obtain any sponsorship from any employers till the 2 years ban is completed.

You are able to obtain only business, tourist visa etc ..

if you were under company visa (permanent) and if cancelled you are ban for 2 years. Your company is misguiding you.

Maybe yes...maybe not..Try it please and share it here what happened.. Sometimes the systems are really confusing here...
