I am confused still, ok, no need exit permit, clear, but what is about visa, she can travel without visa? She is in Qatar from March 2009, I am engineer, last two years in Qatar... If we travel togather we no need visa but she alone... Thanks for all answers, all the best for all QL

she doesnt need exit permit at all. she is under husband sponsorship.

she needs to get visa via Emarates airlines if she is in Qatar for more than a year or if your proffision in your ID is one of those who are allowed to travel to UAE without a visa, she can jsut carry a copy of it to show it at the counter and she will be allowed to get on board.

(doctor, ingineer, consultant, marketing feild, business man, free business, computer ingineer, etc..) this information is from UAE embassy and the UAE airliness..

try to call them and double check for your conveneint..

if not any of the both ways up.. then you have to seek a tourist visa from the UAE embassy.

If you are her sponsor, it's you who releases her. She needs your signature on the exit application. Nothing more.
