Need advice about visa policy

Hi hello friends,
Need an advice. My wife and baby was here with me and they just left the county due to some reason.
My wife was on a working visa(Same sponsor of mine)but she was a housewife and baby was under my sponsorship. Well due to a misudnerstanding with my sponsor he wanted me to send my wife and baby on exit. So I sent them home in this month.
My baby was born here and she is a premature baby she is 6months old. Well is there any way that they can come back on anykind of visa sooner ? Like visit or business? if anyone can help me on this matter I will be really appreciated it.

That is right he can get visit visa, but his question is her wife had a misunderstanding with the present sponsor, who is also the sponsor of himself. I dont think if his sponsor will agree for NOC, in this case it is very difficult to get her again, if the sponsor will not allow him for family visa.

yes they can come back on Visit visa, for that u need a NOC from your company/sponsorer and you can apply for their visit visa, you will get visit visa, good luck,
