Hey Guys,

this is for one of my friend who is locally hired in Doha.

I need help to know that is there a way to work in a company by providing an letter from the sponser that he can work in any company without changing his sponsership or visa transfer. As his contract says that either from both sides the employment can be terminated in 3 days during probation. Then what can be his Job security after visa is transfered ?
