i came here on X company free work visa. now i got job in company Y and salary is less. they don't have visa and asking to get 6month NOC from my X company and join them. i can get NOC from my X.
my doubt is, if tomorrow i get a good opportunity or Y ask me to leave, who will be my boss on NOC. X or Y? Can Y create any problem if i select new offer and resign from Y? please suggest.
you need noc from X only, X is your sponsor nobody cant create any problem
but why me ?
I dont a WORK at all bhai :D
but if the P knows.. He can Still Do ODD job and P will not know :D
JK, Read the OP post again please..
X is your sponsor and you are working with company Y. Y wants NOC from company X but company X does not want to give NOC.your question is, if company Y terminates you, whom you can ask for a NOC company X or company Y? for me, it should be X because he is your sponsor but company X does not want to give NOC because you are not working with them instead you are working with company Y. if that is the case, if any one of the company terminates you, you will not receive a NOC either of the 2 company. that means its your lost.
No Tehsin, He can Still Stay here Illiglly :D
You can Leave Y anytime you want even in Working hours just go from Them if you get the Offer from Z.. :p
you can leave anytime from Y because X is your legitimate sponsor.
thanks friends. will check in depth and let u know all once i have a concrete answer.
@qdclover- I don't think it is illegal. if that is the case Y don't have to ask for a 6 month NOC letter. i have only completed medical and they can give me new visa without any issue. as of now they don't have visa and need time.so from my end checking with all u experts here. lastly, i am not working now even as a taxi driver illegally ;)
Providing a demand letter from your new employer and granting NOC from your present employer means you belong to the new employer. However, after having provided an NOC, your present employer release itself with all the responsibility and with the demand letter your new employer accepts your responsibility. Further, until the new employer process all your legal documentation under his sponsorship, he is also not liable. It is like "no mans land" within each GCC border. Try to obtain full legal status prior to your action.
Best of luck.
Your Sponsor X is lending you to Y for 6 months which I think is called IYARA. Your Sponsor is still X that the document is just to allow you to work with Y.
So basically you are asking advice on how to work illegally. Your employer has to be your sponsor.
just to add, i won't be leaving company Y if there is growth opportunity in Y and they transfer to their company visa later. just want this info to be in safer side...
