Need your knowledge Re Barrow Visa
I've been working in "A" company for 10 months now then due to some reasons I got terminated from my work. Fortunately, "A" company is so lenient enough to let me go peacefully and grant me a "Realease." Now things are getting better since I got hired in "B" company and offered me a good package. "A" comapany is very much willing to cooperate for the transfer of my visa. Since I've not yet completed 1 year which means my visa can't be transferred until the time that my visa is already 1 year.
Now, I've been advised to go for this so called "Barrow Visa."
Please answer my concerns.
1. Is there such thing as "Barrow Visa?"
2. If there is, what's the real and legal term for "Barrow Visa?"
3. How to apply and what are the documents required?

I really appreciate your quick response regarding the matter and I would like you to know that you simply gave me a glimpse of hope. Basically, I have a slight idea about "barrow visa / egar" since I got two testimonials from my friend and from other person who undergone with the same process. At least tomorrow morning I can wake up wearing a beautiful smile on my face since both parties company "A" & "B" are willing to cooperate for the smooth transition of my visa. Best information that I got from you is the word "Egar".

if u want to work in "B" company lawfully, it is better to get "Egar" means temporary visa transfer. if u complete one year then collect a form from immigration to get it released for 6 months. This form to be signed by both company's authorised signatory and submit to immigration along with your passport. Then they will stamp a new Rp in your passport under "B" company name for 6 months period. While getting expired that date, you can apply again. This time you can apply original RP transfer. Meanwhile, if u found the "B" company not good u can transfer to any "C" company your RP. I hope u clean now. Best of Luck
