New Born to Exit Doha

Hi.

I know it has been asked for quite so many times but i cannot find any related answer/topic to my concern.

I gave birth last January 10, 2010 at Hamad Hosp.
We have already acquired the baby's birth certificate.
We're going to the Philippines on April 11 together with the baby. (Our baby will not be coming back to Doha anytime soon--- he'll be staying in the Philippines for now.)

Somebody told me that we need to have the baby's passport stamped at the Immigration Dept. As we cannot exit Doha without the baby's visa stamped on his passport.

Do we really need to do this? And please guide me with the process if we need to do visa stamping for the baby.

in addition, me and my husband are both employed, meaning we have different sponsors. (i am not under husband sponsorship.)

Please help.

Thanking you all in advance. :D

You are trying to save money for visa stamping for one year???!! you can not exit without renew the visa of your baby. visa stamping for new born baby is very very simple and you can do it in 10 minutes time.

I think you should obtain the Passport for your new born baby and get the RP stamped on it before he/she leave the country.
