Dear ALl,

Kindly help me please on how to get this NOC "No Objection Certificate", what is the procedure on getting this document. Is the Employee/Applicant will ask for the NOC from there previous employer OR the New Employer will be the one to request for NOC to the previous employer of the applicant?

PLease help me and advice me please.

just ask your employer to give you NOC otherwise you cannot join other companies.

Ask your HR Department on the NOC policy of your company.

it's either you or the new company who hired you..but better if the company or your new employer is the who ask or request your noc..
