NOC for business visa after cancelling RP

Hi everyone,
I have cancelled my RP in May 2012 and left the country with NOC... 3 months back I have submitted my NOC to take business visa....I got the visa, I came here n left after 2 months...but now when I submitted application again for business visa, they are again asking for the original NOC which I have previously submitted and they rejected my visa application.. Now what am I supposed to do get a business visa... Please help as this is very urgent....

Thank you for your valuable information...... I will try as you mentioned... Is it fine if i obtain new noc from the previous co same as the old one... What if immigration came to know i submitted 2 noc's...?
Now i am going to resubmit the application with copy of previous business visa and copy of NOC.
The original NOC is requested for Business Visa for "verification" only. The original NOC will be returned by the Immigration department, to the PRO. Check with the company that obtained your Business visa; they should have your original NOC.
If they do not have, you may have to request your previous employer (who gave you the NOC) for a duplicate of the NOC. This should be the same as the old NOC(date, ref. No. etc.)

just take to some setting in immigration and request
but remember that allah is the one most beauitfull praye him he will show you the way
