NOC Letter
Hi Guys,
Can I know if anyone was on personal sponsorship & left Qatar on cancellation of the VISA,but needs to come back under a company sponsorship. Is the NOC letter from the previous personal sponsor a must? What if the new sponsor is going to be Qatar airways ( cabin crew)? Is there any loop hole where the new company VISA can be taken without the NOC from the previous personal sponsor? What if the previous sponsor is refusing to give the NOC? Let me know if u guys know anything...
if u exit or finish ur contract from ur previous employer and u want to comeback Qatar after 2 years u can come back!and u don't need NOC..
U must have the NOC from the previous sponsor.
When the person left Qatar? He should complete two years outside Qatar. In case the new sponsor is Qatar Airways there are many ways to bring him here under business visa, visiti visa etc. then probably as QA is the sponsor, no need a no objection. I think so. But the final reply will get when the person's application submitting at the immigration. All the best
