Please tell me can i take Sworn Affidavit NOC from Indian Embassy Qatar, Without having a resident visa. I am in a visit Visa.

Your Passport should be registered in Indian Embassy for applying the Sworn Affidavit and as per my information they will register it only if you have a residence permit. However, it is better to check with Indian Embassy.
