About to finish 2 yr-contract here in qatar but will not be given an NOC due to cancelled extension contract. My friend was extended for another year, he signed it but after a week he cancelled the extension contract because of another opportunity here in qatar. Now he will exit and will not be given NOC. Will there be a problem coming back here in qatar? Any other options aside from not having NOC?

Without NOC from the current sponser he will not be able to come back for 2 years.
