NOC released but visa was cancelled

hello, is there a case where an employee's visa was cancelled by the company he/she working for over 3 years now but was granted an NOC from his/her sponsor? Would that person be allowed to go back here in Qatar sooner he/she wants after he/she went home. Please enlighten me. thanks

You can enter here in another work visa..he need to find a job hence ur last visa is cancelled

As long as there is NOC, he can find work again here in Doha !:))
