NOC required if company sent you overseas and let RP expire?

I left Qatar 3 months ago after my company let my Residency expire after relocating me to a sister company based overseas. Recently i received an offer from QP and i am considering returning to Qatar. Will i still need NOC? If not is there any alternative way around this other than obtain one from previous employer? Thanks for any information!

Hi,

Yes, you do need an NOC to come back to Qatar. You will not be able to enter here and may have issues on an on arrival visa too.

Please collect your NOC and that will solve all your issues.

no NOC means no TRANSFER.. as simple as that...wait after 2 yrs then you can join any other company...
