NOC REQUIRRED FOR HOUSE MAID VISA ?

I have Srilankan housemaid visa approval and would like to bring one house maid from Srilanka.
The present issue is that,she was in Qatar during Mar 2010 to Sep 2010.Her sponsor got demobilized from Qatar and also she also went to Srilanka through exit.
(Both parties visa cancelled).
Now for bringing the same housemaid, Do I need to provide NOC?
As per my enquery, I understood that only sponsor’s Visa cancelled Copy is required to process visa.
Your valuable suggestion is highly appreciable…..
