Hi,

I am having an opportunity in Qatar and I would need NOC.
My last visit to Doha was in September 2009 and RP got expired in Feb. 2010.

Is the NOC given on personal level or has it to be addressed to some ministry stating the name of new company???

It will be easier for me to get NOC in my name without stating the name of new employer.................

The company name should be mentioned on your NOC..

NoC has to be given by your sponsorer with whom u had your RP stamped,
