My wife is here on visit visa. In case she gets permanent visa under my sponsorship or if she gets work visa under any other sponsor, does she need a Police Clearance Certificate. She is here in Qatar now. We are Sri Lankans. Normally, work visa for Sri Lankans, PCC is must.

You need a PCC from your country of residence in order to get a PCC from Qatar (Labour Approval)..
