I don't think it will be possible for you to bring her now on Family visa as you must have 6 months' Bank Statement. You can bring her on visit visa but if you are planning her delivery here you will have to pay for it and it will not be possible for her to go back after 7 months of pregnancy.

there is no problem to bring 4 month pregnant women, only after 7 months they dont allow to travel in flights, but in visit visa you have pay full bill for delivery ,nice to bring after delivery or permenant visa.

Dear Raja,

Please go through this site regarding airline rules for Pregnant women.

If you are planning for a delivery in Doha, you will have to get your wife Resident Permit under your sponsorship.

As soon as she comes here, you better get the RP Organized for your wife. after that approach any one of the Hamad hospital to get the Medical card for your wife. Rest everything should be taken care by the hospital.
