You can run but you cant hide, if you cant repay the dime then you must do the time.
I like this. All defaulters should be named and shamed
They will still catch him in Dubai, if he does not settle the loan. We have already talked about this in another thread, where someone left Oman with pending loan and got a job offer in Qatar and was nabbed at the airport and sent back to Oman to pay his loan back.
If you took the loan from the bank, but with a letter from your company, then your company has already informed the bank. There is no need for you to inform the bank directly. Your company is obligated to pay all your final settlement and ESB to the bank to repay the outstanding portion of the loan. If there is not enough funds to cover the loan, then the bank will put a travel ban on you until you settle the loan, or until you speak to them to arrange a new financing agreement.
If you exit with honour once even without returning the banks money then don't come back here , look for the job in Dubai ............ Thu, 18.06.2015, 10.51 hrs
Yes, krish4 is correct. Otherwise you may be treated as escapee and in jail.
It is the responsibility of ex-employer to inform the bank about your termination from the company. They may not stop you in the airport if your ex-employer has not informed the bank and in turn bank to police/airport. But if you want to inform the bank then you need to have the salary transfer letter from your new company and submit to them in which you can have a smooth and tension free travel and relationship with new company and the bank
If you have an offer letter then no problem. Just show them your offer letter. that will be best option.
if u have a JOB and going on Vacation then no one will ask, but when you are traveling forever then u need to Repay.
If you want to be honest - then Yes!
