my brother is coming holding the family visit visa but want to ensure that he will be caring with him all the required docs prior to travelling.
Poor prisoner Filipinos. You shouldnt have to put up with the corrupt immigration officials and corrupt POEA. Petition the president to have them abolished.
Such a shame your own country denies you freedom of movement a basic human right!

there will be an interview in NAIA immigration he should be smart to answer some questions.. try give him a certificate/affidavit of support from the family relative here to show in immigration in the NAIA before his flight. grant of family visit visa means he has a relative here or a family relative here to assist him of anything while here. so less problem actually.
