Please advice ):

Dear All QL’s

I would like to ask some questions, and really needs the answers that I wanted.
We applied permanent visa for my son (under my sponsorship), sadly it’s been rejected. We are given to meet the immigration officer this August. IF, we got the visa, I’m thankful and we will bring him to Qatar as soon as possible.
My concern now is, I received a good opportunity and got an offer to other company here in Qatar. Possible, I will get NOC, and moved to new company. If I transfer to other company automatic they will cancel my visa as well as my son visa? Is it possible that when the new company applied visa for me, my son also will have the new visa.
I’m worried, I have to think twice, for good opportunity or for my son visa. I need your advice.

But, in August you will be under the present employer, not with the new one.

check with them if its possible to tranfer your sons visa as well when you get a new visa..thats what i asked you to reconfirm.

Better to re-confirm with the immigration department personally.

You can go to Madinat Khalifa, Gate 3 and meet the front desk officer who will be of great help. Its my experience.

All the best.

Thank you guys! actually, i just received the job offer today for new company.. and we have appointment with immigration officer on August for pending application of my son. first thing better to do, based on your suggestion, is to appy the visa of my son, and once approved by the immigration, then i will file my resignation. so to it that i got the visa of my son. He is under my sponsorship, hope to see the good result on August.

You can apply your son's visa anytime as long as you're still here. The opportunity of getting a job w/ good pay doesn't come always/to everyone. If i'm in your shoes, I will apply for my son's visa after I move to the better company (as long as my son is fine where he is right now of course).

if your son's visa is already granted.. there's nothing to worry about even you will transfer to another company.. you just need to inform your new company that your family is here and they are under your sponsorship. once you are granted a family visa it will prevail even your salary become lower.. that is how they explained to me before...
