I am working one of group of company as sales coordinator since 2 & half years. i am joined as local hire. since i joined i did't get salary increament and family visa as promised. now i decited to resign and get release. but my manager not accept my resignation also he not helping for my family visa metter. i have degree and 12 years gulf exp.in sales. my wife and kids are here with visit visa. next month visa will expire. i am very upset, i don't know what can i do??

Piece of advice!, from the very first day you signed your contract, let there be a defined clause enclosed in your documents, not just oral justification, better still return your family to home country and keep your job or face immigration procedures.

What is your companies problem if you have all the required eligibility/documents to apply for family visa? Try to convence them. Unfortunately you choose a bad company.
