I GOT A JOB IN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. I WAS WORKING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND I WAS GIVEN NOC ALREADY. WILL THIS NEW CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BE ABLE TO TRANSFER MY VISA TO THEIR SPONSORSHIP EVEN IF THEY DONT HAVE QUOTA VISA FOR LADIES.
THEY TOLD ME ITS POSSIBLE.
SHOULD I LET THEM DO THIS PROCESS OR IM JUST WASTING TIME
PLEASE ADVISE
Dont worry, If you have already worked for five years then it will be easily transferred to new sponsor. New sponsor has nothing to do with visa quota when they are transfering. they dont need quota as you are bringing your own visa. Just go a head for transfer.
Thanks for your answer Gene
I have worked with my previous company for five years.

What if they apply a new visa would it work
If your visa is transferrable and have stayed in that company for a year or more, it is possible. If you have not stayed for one year with your previous sponsor, an IARA will do.
If they don't have visa quota for ladies how are they going to get it done?
