The situation is my previous company didn't give me Noc so I went to exit. I came back here in qatar as family visa. I already finish my medical and finger print. The last step is visa stamping but when I went to immigration for visa stamping they are asking for NOC from previous company. I dont know why they are still asking for NOC since I already cancelled my working visa that is why I went for exit.

Please help if you experience the same with me.

thank you

as per current law if you dont have a NOC from your previous sponsor you cant get your new visa. But as you stated your new applied visa is a family visa, there should nt be a ban for that(i hope so), as it is not a labor visa. Anyway wait for today. They are going to annouce new sponsorship laws today in a press conference. We could hope for the best.
