my medical result already release my blood exam is ok, but my xray is not they indicate that i was a tb active and they advice me to go to rumaila clinic...im on a family visit visa right en i need to extend it asap..should they they give me an extension to my visa or not?please i need an answer..what they're going to do with me in rumaila clinic are they going to treat me or am i going to deport?thank a lot

it's the medical commission that will decide about your case once you are treated here... the bottom line here is if they find scar in your lungs (regardless of where you were given treatment, either here in qatar or outside qatar does not really matter) it is up to them if they will give you the green signal to proceed with the processing of work visa if you decide to work here someday...

most likely they will NOT extend your visa once rumaillah hospital confirmed that you really have TB which requires long period of treatment... good luck...

if i'm going to treat here and become tb free and if im going to work of course i will undergo medical exams agin and they will see the scar in my lungs is this possible for me to work here even they see scar?because i was treated her not in other country, bcoz the other say that here in qatar holding those working visa once they saw on them that they are having scar in lungs even if its healed they reject it and sent back home..i want to know if they will accept my medical bcoz i was treated here.thanks for the reply.

thanks muhammadharis68!..i went to rumailah this morning and they told me that i will come back on monday morning maybe for laboratories,i ask the staff how is it going to be becoz my visit visa is going to expired on march 10 will i be pay for the penalty?,the staff said u're not going to pay penalty because you are under medical observation..i ask again what if i failed the exam here in rumailah will they send me back home?the staff reply again, it's up to your sponsor if she/he would sent you home or treat here...Is this all true?thanks for the reply.

I heard one same case of TB. where the patient was wife of sponsor. patient advised to visit hosp. and there she was treated very well for a longer time and didnt deported from qatar. Hope u will be treated same there so be relax and trust in Allah

thanks angelo for that, but what if the rumailah take another test and i failed again do they treat me and allowed me to extend my visa or they will send me back home?please reply to those who has knowledge regarding my situation..thank u

I think they deport people who are coming on work visa.

And you are on Family visit visa. They would not have told you to go to Rumaillah if you are to be deport.

Chill, do not be tense, visit rumaillah and they will give you the facts.

just visit rumailla hospital so you would know and understand why they advised you to go there...

TB need time to heal..that's why all who fail like this they send back home immediately ...It's time for you to heal ...just go back home...
