You wont be able to get visit or Business Visa till the time you do not get this RP cancelled. Ofcourse with the consent of your current employer. I am afraid that KSA also has a requirement of NOC from job seekers, no matter where have you been serving in Gulf previously.My advice would be to get final exit from Qatar atleast.

Actually I do not intend to come back to Qatar.. So My question is if i leave this way will I be bale to get RP in UAE or other GCC countries.

And is there a possibility I can come to qatar after 2-3 yrs without an requirement of NOC..

Also can i visit qatar in b/w via visit visa/business visa

Hi,

If your Visa Expires while out of the country, then to come back to Doha you would need an NOC from your current employer/sponsor.

So it would be advisable to you that in case you are resigning and going out of the country, plz take your NOC from your current employer.

And yes you can go to any country in GCC. However, to come back to Qatar NOC is needed.
