my wife is working in a company from the past 12 years under their sponsorship .

my kids r under my sponsorship.

now we have got the family visa .

but wife ,s sponsor is not giving n.o.c .

soon she will cancel her work visa .

To come on the family visa ,
Does she still need noc from the old company sponsor or not?

no need to get any noc as she will be coming on family visa.

pls advise and help me in right directions .

Brother, NOC is for working visa only and not for family visa let her go home and take her under family visa but make sure that your salary is above the salary bracket, there is no need for NOC.just apply for a family visa that's it i hope that this will help for your problem.

I answer this question twice yes your wife can come to doha under husband sponsorship or family visa,there is no need for NOC...DON'T BE AFRAID
