Maybe it's just a typo error or something. but whatever it is, you should earn at least around QAR4000.00 or more per month to be able to qualify to sponsor your family. Then you will need Salary Certificate, Bank Statement and Proof of Billing (like KAHRAMAA utility bill), your passport of those of your wife and/or kids, and other docs to support your relationship with them, like Marriage Certificate, Birth Records, etc. The rest was already also explained by Varzilbob.

Dont insult any designation, whatever it may be there importance for each and every job when time comes... Well for Family Visit (6 months extendable) i need minimum QR 3000, and per month it cost QR200 per person... U need Sponcer letter/salary certificate, passport copies including urs... u need to type some docs for the u need to go to a arabic typest,,, it takes few mins and u will get end of the day visas, its fast process now, in fact u can get within 2 hours if access thru website... good luck

Pardon my ignorance but what is funny mechanic?& by the way if you have at least QR5,000 salary you can do the so called sponsorship. If less than that,I guess you will be denied.
