Procedure for Family Visit Visa Renewal After 6 months

Can any one in the fourm guide me for the following issue. My Mom in Law is in Doha with us on a family visit VISA her visa (6 months) will expire on 28th June, How ever I want to extend it to another one month.

What is the procedure? Is it possible ?

Can I initiate the process now ?

I need to book her air-tickets to go back thinking the summer rush in June if she is not allowed to stay further..

Can we make a short exit on the VISA expiry date and return...But I am not sure how to do that. Will the Immigration give us a re-entry VISA prior to the departure ??

you can ask your company mandoob he can help you to extend for another month...it depends on the company,because my friend got 10 months here in visit visa... the company of her sister helped to extend her visa..
