Complete first the required documents below before going to Labour Department in C-Ring Road (beside American Hospital).

* Copy of corporate identity card (Company Computer Card)

* (3 ) Original copies of the employment contract

* Passport Copy with valid R/P

* Copies of translated and officially stamped educational certificates. (stamped in Ministry of Foreign Affairs/documents should be translated in Arabic)

* Copy of husband’s RP / QID

* Personal Photograph

* Police Clearance Certificate from country of origin (Labour Dept will give you a letter to be submitted to CID for request of Police Clearance Certificate issued in Qatar)-this will take 2 weeks in CID

* Work Permit (Labour Card) fee is QR 500/year plus QR60 for officially stamping of 3 copies of Employment contract.
