Can someone tell me what the steps are for hiring a maid from kenya directly? Without the use of an agency?

Is this correct:

1. Acquire maid visa approval

2. Send approval and copy of maid's visa to immigration for approval

3. Upon receiving maid's visa, fly her to Qatar

4. Take maid in for health test

5. Take maid in for finger prints

6. Request for RP for maid
