My present profession in my RP is "Foreman" and iam working in govt job with salary 10000 QR plus. But ministry of interior did not accept my Family Visa appilication saying foreman post now allowed for permanant family visa. Can anyone tell me which posts are alloewd for family visa. Can anyone provide list.

This could be a new entry into the rule books for family visa. Or you may want to re-check with them assuming that the counter clerk had taken that seat recently.

So far the only requirement apart from usual documents, was the salary which must not be less than QR 10000.
